Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on all uninstalled/unopened products in resalable condition for 60 days after delivery. Products not returned within the 60-day timeframe are ineligible for a refund or exchange. Please complete contact us before sending anything back.

Restocking Fees

 There is a 10% restocking fee applied to ALL refunds for cancellations and/or returns within 30 days.  

 You have the option of receiving a complete in-store credit (no restocking fee) for items within the 30-day time frame. 

There is a 20% restocking fee applied to ALL refunds for cancellations and or returns from 31-60 days.

 No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted beyond 60 days.

There are NO returns on special order or powder-coated items. If you are unsure, please reach out for verification. 

Return Process

You will need to ship the product back to us with tracking (return shipping is not covered by CentralDieselTuning). Once we receive the item at our shop, it will be inspected. If everything is in order, we will issue your refund.

Please ensure the following:

Write your order number clearly on the outside of the box so we can confirm the refund is applied to you.

Send the product back in the original packaging it was received in.

Important Return Policy Notes

 Custom Tuning Files & Tuners: Returns are not accepted once these products have been opened, as they become locked to the vehicle and cannot be reused.

 Installed Parts: Unless proven defective, we cannot accept returns on parts that have already been installed.

 Custom & Personalized Products: Items that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for return.

Condition of Returned Products: The product must be in resalable condition. If a product is returned with opened, damaged, missing components, or signs of alteration, CentralDieselTuning reserves the right to refuse a refund or increase the restocking fee to ensure that we can get the product back into resalable condition.

CentralDieselTuning does not cover costs associated with shop labour or installation fees.
