Mel's Manufacturing Exhausts are designed to fit all wheelbase & cab configurations unless otherwise specified.
The 411110 / 412119 by Mel's Manufacturing is a 4" Turbo-Back Exhaust System for the 1989-1993 5.9L Cummins. It allows you to drop out your restrictive OE exhaust system and replace it with a high-flow exhaust with a performance muffler. Just like all of Mel's Manufacturings Exhaust kits, it will come with all the required clamps, pre-weld contour bent hangers, and stronger flanges to help you sail through the installation process. This kit not only sounds great but will improve mileage, increase torque, and lower EGT's in your 5.9L.
