The BD Roadmaster turbo is a very affordable alternative to the OE replacement unit that not only uses 360-degree bearings for added durability, but also incorporates a 78mm billet compressor wheel for added strength on the Cat 3406E, C15 (non-Acert) and C16 engines. With the addition of the 96mm turbine wheel and 1.32 AR non-wastegated T6 turbine housing, the Roadmaster turbo can offer quicker spooling that will get you into the power band sooner, reducing wasted unburnt fuel that is coming out of your pipes as black smoke. When it comes time to replace your turbo, use the more reliable, more affordable BD Roadmaster turbo that will help reduce future repair costs and down time.
