Your 7.3L Powerstroke now gets a continual supply of cool, dense, oxygen-rich air, which improves combustion as well as engine efficiency, resulting in lower EGTs, higher continuous power (and more power at any EGT), and better fuel economy. Banks Intercooler system includes 3" mandrel-bent, high-flow boost tubes, high-efficiency all-aluminum end tanks, a wide-open inlet and outlet, and a thick core area with impressive volume. And to flow air more evenly than the stock Ford F250/F350 manifold inlet, Banks developed an innovative Twin-Ram inlet assembly that flows air evenly to both sides of the cylinder bank for smooth, even power delivery.
