KC Turbos took inspiration from the latest turbochargers in the market and applied their turbine housing design, flow path, volute shape, and material density to come up with their own 0.91AR turbine housing. This turbine housing was proven to spool up faster AND make more top-end power when compared to either previous options.

The new turbo design outperforms anything else on the market, but it has also upgraded all weak points in the stock turbo, improving reliability at elevated HP levels, all in a drop-in package and a perfect match from stock to 205/30 injectors.

• Will NOT fit OBS or e99 trucks without modification 
  
• EXHAUST BRAKES:  KC Turbos gets asked a lot about exhaust brakes and if they work with KC Turbos.  They have found that some brands have clearance issues and might cause the brake to hinder performance, rub the turbine wheel, or cause other issues. These brakes typically use some sort of flapper to close, which causes extreme exhaust back pressure to aid in braking.  It will be up to the customer to verify fitment and functionality.
• KC turbos are designed to fit directly in 7.3 equipped pick-up trucks. Although KC turbos can drop into 7.3 equipped Vans, you will need to modify the turbo intake boot and down-pipe for proper fitment.
