Fits

This kit will allow you to install an S400-based Turbo on your LB7 Duramax. Replacing all of the OEM plumbing and y-bridge with high flow 3" diameter piping. Wehrli designed this down pipe to connect with your exhaust system V-Band and clamp which simplifies installation and does not require you to cut your exhaust system.

If you are not purchasing the turbo from Wehrli you must specify the brand of turbo you are using, some Turbo's you may be required to ship to use for mock-up to build the kit.

Notes

• Race cover style or SXE turbochargers will require the use of a forward-facing VAN style thermostat housing and hose, sold separately.
• Turbo Downpipe is designed for Half Marmon style S400 exhaust outlet; which measures 4.6" Diameter flat flange. NOT compatible with HX40 style exhaust outlet flanges.
• This product is not on order estimated average lead time is 25+ business days
• Includes Driver Side Transmission Dipstick Tube, making installing the down pipe easier.
• Race cover style or SXE turbochargers will require a forward-facing VAN style thermostat housing and hose, sold separately.
• The OEM turbo coolant feed port on the upper radiator pipe from the thermostat housing will interfere with the larger WCFAB Turbo Intake in this Kit. You MUST use a WCFAB Billet forward-facing thermostat housing Kit or Wehrli Custom Fab Modified OEM Pipe. Billet Coolant Port Block Off Plugs DO NOT allow enough room for clearance on LB7 Models.
