Specially designed for Cummins owners with a wide variety of builds, from stock to drag/street setups, this S300SXE is one of the most cost-effective bolt-on replacement turbochargers. And is one of the best options if you're looking to customize a turbo to your liking. You can select your exhaust housing, turbine wheel size, and compressor wheel to make it truly your own. Fully capable of 400- 700HP (depending on what you select), effectively providing you with increased power, spool-up, and enhanced efficiency.

Additional Info

Cast vs. Billet vs SXE-R:

• The cast aluminum compressor wheel in this kit has been around for many years and is a more budget-friendly option
• CNC-machined Billet compressor wheel is much more advanced, utilizing stronger material with a more aggressive design, giving you faster spool-up and more power
• SXE-R wheel is the top-tier compressor option, lightweight and geared toward competition, Its quick-spooling characteristics would make it a sound choice for towing, daily driving, or playing at the drag strip

Housing Size:

• 12cm housing will be faster spooling, but will get hot after long, wide-open throttle pulls due to the size (12cm housing is only available on the 65mm and 68mm turbine wheels)
• 14cm housing will be a little slower spooling, but will handle wide-open throttle situations better
  

Turbine Wheel:

Bigger is not always better; it's best to choose the proper size wheel for your application! The bigger the turbine wheel, the more energy is needed to move it.

• 65mm turbine wheel will be the fastest spooling but will not support much over 500 HP
• 68mm turbine wheel will be a good all-around size for anyone wanting 400-550 HP, but will support up to about 600 HP
• 73mm will be a good setup for someone who drives their truck aggressively and is looking for the most out of the S300 frame turbos, this will support 750-800 HP

Compressor Wheel:

• 62-63mm wheels like to be around 400-550 HP these wheels are kind of the catch off of compressor wheels because they perform great at 400-550 HP with minimal lag, this is a common place for most 5.9L cummins to end up because with just some tunes and a turbo you are easily 500 HP or more nice daily driver/ tow set up.
• 64.5-66mm wheels, these wheels usually require some extra supporting mods to really enjoy the power they are capable of. With a S364.5 or S366, you are around 500-650 HP. These make good daily drivers, but you start losing the ability to tow with them because the power comes in rather harshly and somewhat late in the RPM range.
• 69 and 72mm, these are the largest wheels offered in the S300 frame. These turbos can be used on light street trucks and racers. These turbos are happy at 600-750 HP and enjoy wide-open throttle pulls!
