The Billet Thermostat Housing Kit that comes in the Max Air Flow Bundle.

The Max Air Flow Bundle includes the Billet Thermostat Housing Kit, perfect for any truck! This design is an improvement over the factory setup, which was only concerned with appearance. By relocating the coolant hose over the driver's side valve cover, HSP Diesel has created more space for engine maintenance and upgrades. Plus, we've upgraded to Billet aluminum CNC machined aluminum for a sleeker and higher-performing look!

The Cold Air Intake that comes in the Max Air Flow Bundle

The HSP Diesel Cold Air Intake brings major changes to the factory system. With a 4 1/2" mandrel-bent intake tube, it can bring in more air. Plus, using the HSP Diesel heatshield box means only cold air is taken in, not the heat from the engine bay. On average, this has resulted in a 20 horsepower and 58 pounds of torque increase on the dyno.

The Hot Side Intercooler Tube that comes in the Max Air Flow Bundle

The Intercooler Tube on the Hot Side is a real pain when it fails - and it fails often. The issue is, that it loves to leak near the lower intercooler boot. Thankfully, HSP Diesel saved the day by nixing the need for that boot and creating a seamless connection at the intercooler. And they didn't stop there - they even upgraded the Tube to a 3" mandrel-bent design. That means more air can fit in there, and with those bends, the flow can improve by up to 40%!

The VGT Intake Mouthpiece that comes in the Max Air Flow Bundle.

The intake on these trucks is so restrictive and not very appealing under the hood. But fear not, HSP Diesel has got your back with the VGT Intake Mouthpiece! Not only does it add some serious style, but it's also handmade in an increased size for better flow and more power. And with an O-ring seal, you won't have to worry about any boost leaks.
